nokia 7610 when switch on after few seconds the messege " phone start up failed contact the retailer" not done flashing is this hardware? Can any one guide me.

format user area by ufs or use *+3+green key simentiniously and powe up the phone but my freind if u search in form u can find it easily how to do formatting in symbian phones

i have also the same problem and after doing the same work i have no +ve result ,what to do now?

1st Format manualy
2nd erase flash
3Rd flash with latest Firmware & write Good Pm file

Every thing will be ok

format and erase would be good
but if its still the same then it must be cpu prob.. reheat or reball will solve the prob else cpu need to be replace
