Dead 3650/memory full - GSM-Forum

Hi, my 3650 wont start

i power it, and it takes a long time just to show the NOKIA logo, then it stays like that for 10m/15m and after that says Memory Full

i press OK and it reboots...
I doesnt even ask for the PIN code so I cant enter a reset code

can anyone help me?

try format user area with ufs or jaf.
