Dead 5800 - GSM-Forum

I',ve received a Nokia 5800 totally dead.
I already chage Betty and Avilma and nothing, still dead.
If i connect phone to dc power and power on it shows voltage and after 30 sec voltage is equal to 0.

Any help ?

This is 100000% software fault. Just flash the handset.
