Dead Nokia 6260

Just recently bought a UFS-3 Tornado. Very happy with it playing with the different phones and unlocking it etc.

However, have had a negative experience with the Nokia 6260.

Connected the phone up to the UFS and ran the Connect followed by Check followed by the Info.

The check said Reboot okay, but left it at that. The Info hung for a while and then sat idle. To me this meant it couldn't access the phone.

Disconnected the phone and tried again. Same thing happened.

Now I can't switch the phone on at all. Oops.

A few questions:
1) Are there any problems if you leave the phone plugged into the UFS and also into its own power at the same time?
2) Are there any problems if you leave the phone plugged into the UFS for several hours?

Also, the difference I notice with the Nokia 6260 after its stopped working is that if you put the power in to charge it, rather than the front cover light coming on, it comes on blinking.

Could it be the battery faulty as coincidence? (Need to get hold of a spare to test this).

Does these symptoms look familiar to anyone?

Tried searching these forums, but couldn't find anything to help.

Oh, also, if my phone is dead, is there anything I can do with the UFS or anything else to repair it?

Thanx

AMO
