i had problem with hlaf of the keys i changed uper IC all working now exept 1 key
the right key near the joystick , the one for the back and exit ..
is it same IC or need to replace the other one as well

Well, if the right selection key is the only not working key then it's the upper filter faulty & if it's not a matter of filters faulty then you have to check the keypad flex cable or to try another trusted one , otherwise it's processor (UPP) faulty & it may need only reflow otherwise it need to be replaced, B,R ...
