i got here a 7650 that imei is at ?????????? but i dont know if that is only the problem because i cannot power phone! my question is if when phone is at ???????????? in imei if still can charge normal way! tks in advance!

if the phone was not in contact provider it must charge if he have valid UEM

phone flashes ok so i think uem is ok and also was not in contact provider!

now i can get charge signal but disapear after few seconds! image start to disapear...
any idea what can this be?

thats mean ur phone turn off after 30 sec ..
u have 2 choices .
first is to change UEM and upload new valid IMEI but thats littel bit hard coz u need the material to remove glow .
and second is to make log file to calculate flash imei area .. but u have also chance to fail here coz phone turnes off after 30 sec and this mean that there is chance that u have bad uem ..
when i recieved phones like this i try to make log file first .. if it did not worked then i change both flash ic and uem .. i use same log with the flash ic on another phone and upload new rpl file into the 7650 ..

i already made ask file! since phone stays like this without removing uem can i only upload rpl file for this imei?

yes if u read .. my post well u will have all answers inside it ..
u may upload calculated rpl from ur phones ask but there is achance that it will not work coz ur phone turnes off after 30 sec
