dose not start up nokia E63

i have now nokia E63 , set problem is starting time only blue lcd (dose not startup) .local mode faild, i full flash in ufs.Jaf. etc,,, bu set is same i insert pmm file but set is same cundetion. any soltion u have plz help meeeee. sir

check ur cable
check BSI (if ur set sudden go off)
check ur battery
rehot the power ic (AVILMA)
