e5 slightly short now dead

nokia e5 working fine slightly grounded
but when insert battery set become hot from power section




after putting r2200 phone back to power but still short

very strange problem

when i insert battery set become hot like burn without pressing power button

but when i power on the set ,its working normal or not hot

i add one thing set is not water damaged not dropped

chack which area is hot without power on and ne more thing remove all shield to chak where its hot from

110% gazoo ic but in e5 I thinks this ic is pasted u have too b carefull too much when removing this ic
