that is usb charging ic.................... this ic is also cntroll the booting section of the hand set. so the absence /complate of the ic the hand set will gose to vibration only. this ic comming in n97, n85 c7, n8, e52, etc.....................

u can find it,it in e 72,,,,e n86,,,,

but some time,,only vibrate ,from upp,,,power,ic,

and some time from,wrong eno files,,so depened on mobile

first of all,flash with wright eno,
and then reflash with latest firmware

if not succes,then heat upp,,power,and this crystal ic too,
