phone was water damage and mic was too low voice and i decide to replace with new mic but now mic dont work even i replace same one.i need you proffessional help

I have same problem. My phone was water damage. Now when i talk i have to talk very loud so other side people can hear me. If i talk slow they cant hear me. Please help
