E63 strange charging problem please need help.

E63 strange charging problem (battery not full)(fake charging)
1>change betty ic -5pcs (also replace from working phone)
2>change avilma -also 5pcs (also replace from working phone)
3>change R2071 47k (also replace from working phone)
4> flash phone
5>upload pm via sx4

i am tired.

please some body face this type problem
