Arrow E7 charging save problem



we ahve a e7 nokia phone

if we on the phone without insert charger in ch port phone blinking at nokia logo

if we first insert the cherger in port when phone show charging .

then press phone will be on and show charging but not saving the battery


we also change the power ic +usb ics

but same condition

please give me tip

for repair this phone

it is urgent

beacuse customer at my head

we also check this ways and changed the all parts

even power ic+usb ics
