You reball or replace CPU flash etc?
There is some problem with flash ic check voltages if come from power ic's like vcore,sdram vrfc etc.

i all ready chenge 2 tme cpu & flash ic but same how to check voltage come from power ic or not.

You look by schematic at Avilma ic you will see each voltage have an output capacitor you connect bare board to power supply don't forget to short BSI with GND then press power button and check voltage at corresponding cap after some minute phone can power off so you will need to press on again until you check voltage,most important for power on are Vcore=1.2V,Vio=1.8V,Vrfc=1.8V,Vr1=2.5V,Vdram=1.8V, Vref_int/Vref=1.35V.
Sometime voltages ok but phone still not power on if so check all resistors and black filters if are in place not damaged missing etc.
