Easiest way to remove glued BGA IC's

I can remove, change or reball BGA IC's normally. But the problem is when I try to remove glued IC's. What is the easiest solution? Please share from ur experience.

" i removed the glued ics most of the times using remover too but the success rate was less becz most of the times print from pcb were absent. so i think there is no product available in the market by which this damage could get solved. itz is my personal view "

i have ever tried to find out the chemical used to glue those ics and the chemical which can dissollve the glue is hydrazine hydrate, that's if you can get it. the other method is using any chemical that has ammonium ions. i have ever tried the latter and removed the analog ic of lg3310. it was alredy damaged and up to now i have failed to get one to replace it with
