wath is L511 on a 3310 (is it a transistor?) and how to test it with a multimeter?

It is an inductor, DV resistance should be very low around 0 ohms

Sorry thats DC resistance not DV. hehehehe

An inductors impedance will varies with the frequency of signal going through it. Low frequency signals pass easily while high frequency signals are impeded.
