n96 white light - GSM-Forum

i have n96 came to me for keypad sollution i put keypad ics and then while checking keypads almost working ok handsets goes off then i tried to restart it it becomes on white light i tried to put software on pressing check its all ok but on flashing it error comes before erasing it tried refow of cpu but same,one thing more white light goes off within 30 seconds.and after it goes off i switch the on power button then it goes to white light again.

my problem solve 100% just reheat cpu.......
