flashing nokia 3200
 

I have a problem with flashing nokia 3200 by griffin box. When I try to flash it says error 21212211. Sometimes it detects phone other time it's a problem with detecting. I use cable like 7210/6610. Maybe I should use diffrent cable? What it means error 21212211? Please help.
