" RESETTING " the phone to factory settings, and recheck U'r network configurations. Even U can flash a new software repaire or compleet software version , if all software attemptes failes Then go to Hardware. |

Already reflashed the particular phone in question (6310i), with no avail, and and my supervisor has already confirmed it is hardware, but himself is unsure which particular chip has failed. Thanx anyway for the suggestion though. |
