3310 backlight comes on automatically, i flashed phone with same version same problem, is it hardware any suggestion please!

phone could be water damaged?
Has it had contact with water at all..
Could possibly be UI CHIP

u find around UI chip there is a small cap that is shorted to ground !
remove this one prblm. will be solved!
