I was wondering where the data for the actuall communications was stored on a 3210. like data for the channels.

And if i could access the transmitter and reciever?

also what chips are in a 3210? make i mean

IF you point is VOICE date, then it is in MCU by DSP !
if you are point RF side, it is in RAM

can you make more clear, what is " access the transmitter and reciever" ?

I want to be able to set the reciever to receive control channel data and transmit through a datacable, I could write a new flash if necerry
