bro mostly it arises becz of upp & flash ic, but maximum times solved by changing upp, thanx

yes brother mobilespeed is right , first reflow or reball flash ic & flash

brother i think this local mode failed,so reball upp and flash ic.i think some times ready to mobile or change upp.

yas boys me 2 solved these kind of error with re hot flash and upp
in 1110 1112 1600 2310 ets
try to re hot first
