7610 missing 5 pin ic between UPP and RAM


Hello to All Mates,

I have problem with my 7610 which different from the old PCB model.. There is a small IC 5 pins between UPP and RAM IC...

Can you tell what is the purpose this IC?

B cos my phone is not flashing well...and the IC 5 pin already broken, I don't have another spare for this..

If there is jumper for this IC? can post here,

I select the LOCAL MODE @ jaf its failed but CHECK select its ok?
