I have nokia 3310, when i flash it with n-box he ask

Write error: hDat 1, at: 0x00200000:09
Process Failed, Repowring Mobile

I change ic flash and eprom, no result

what's the problem?

I use GEOFLASH but he ask me

Waiting for phone to respond .
(please POWER ON phone if necessary).

Change flash ic againt(use the black colour one,glass one no good)

yeah.. the glass flash ic.. not very good... but the black one.. ok.. especially the flash ic for 3330..
