Help needed to enter unlock code in nokia 1616-2 blocked by telcel
 

Nokia 1616-2 (rh-125) infineon phone
operator: telcel mexico

Phone is locked to telcel mexico. We cannot enter unlock code in the phone either by keypad or by f-bus because it has been blocked by the operator.

Anyone who can share his knowlege or experience to enter unlock code by any other method (hardware, test point , software method etc) will be appreciated.
