i think he means see if copper pads are clean, then if there is connection b/w the red lines and finally changing the charging ic if every thing is connected.

the orange bit i have no idea prob same check connection and make jumper if they are not connected.

but i think b4 every thing check if battery is working and charging connector is not damaged
