help nokia e7 charging problem - GSM-Forum

My nokia e7 will not charge. All charging ways ok but when its off and i insert charger it will only show battry icon and the battry level but will not charge.and when it off and i put charger it will still not charge.pls any solution……

please help am having the same problem,it only responds to charger when i its off mostly it only shows the battery when i plug the charger but the bars are not scrolling some times bars scrolled but when i unplug it and switch on it only shows 1 bar,and when its on it only shows light wen i plug charger but that nothing happens

my Nokia e7 has big prob when switch off the mobile and insert charger the battery bar is moving but unplug the charger always only shows one icon its not save when the phone is on and plug charger doesn't charging

It may be fault in you mobile handset or in BSI LINE have you checked it.
You may also try for new battery if having problem with it.
