Hepl Me, 6300 "CONTACT SERVICE" with battery?

Mobile had water logged. Then i cleared fully the water logg. Then i flashed with JAF with latest version 6.01. while the mobile is connected by flash cable with the JAF Box, mobile is working properly. After if i remove the flash cable, then i insert the battery - it shows contact service.

you use modifi cabel is jaf box. now chake mobile information then select >sx4
>option and press service >>>server conncting is done........then select write
pm file ........all pm file write is ok.your contact service problem is ok

have same problem showing full info on jaf , i write pm but still contact service with batry ( with box it is ok set is water loged)

is the set can be turned to normal mode in jaf?
if it is ok on cable , it is better to trace the bsi /btemp parts
in the handset or to suspect power ic
