on 3310 try taking off the cpu, though it's glued force it off then use bga balls so that its pins will be equally in height then put it back... on 8210 take off the flash ic.... good luck!!!!

DSP Alive test failed
In almost case is the MAD faulty witch is not changeable.
that mean you 99.9% can't do anything to repair it....

Sometimes DSP Alive fail comes from faulty flash IC. Replace the flash ic on the 3310 and reflash it.

Cool

I THINK THE PROBLEM IS MAD WHEN YOU TEST IT TO WINTESLA THE RESULT IS DSP ALIVE FAILED! TRY TO CHANGE CPU IF THE CPU HAVE UNDER FILLED OR GLUE TRY TO USE ALKALI SOLUTION...

Most of the time YES it is from faulty MAD or CPU. But there are isolated cases where DSP Failure is from faulty FLASH IC.

you can use flux in removing it.... but before doing it ask your customer first... this is some kind of a 50/50 situation, and your phone can go to dead state.....

GOOD LUCK>>>
