Hi, Please help me, Can I change IMEI 3100 with UFS 3 without HWK ???

The answer is "NO". It is not possible to change imei, without changing uem ic.uem is one time writable ic .

no with UFS w/o HWK but yes you can write any imei thru patching using JAF or HWK. 3100 v6.01
