How can i measure resistor on Nokia c1-01

Hello every body how are u . i have a questine regarding on nokia c1-01. in this image the yellow line show vio 1.8v and in VAux says 2.8 how can i measure this with multi meter. and the resistor are says 220R i have kept my multimetar on beep mode and i have check it shows only 100 so it means the resistor are bad or im checking wrong thank you guys
