pal you can reball chip old way but it will cost you too much time.....but still if you want it removed in d main board su still have 2 use hotaire...much easier.....goodluck

For ReBall one chip (Ccont, Cobba) time takes 7min ,ith (China Reball stantsion) she cost 50$.
If you needed everyday build ball's in Chips (100 per day), for this you needed good professional stantion-> 2000 usd or up to 99..... usd(work stantion)

Very big problem extract BGA chips from water damaged pcb.

your mean, CCONT this chip along ?
or CCONT in PCB ?

is it CCONT on PCB with glue ?
and your mean "hotair station" ,, is it mean like "hakko 850 " ??
or BGA chip rework station ?

This is wrong forum to speak about many detals.

For good work with BGA chip ic,you needed SMD REWORK HOT AIR STATION and BGA ReBall proffesional Station or manual "china" box .

If chip stay in glue - imposible extract it.
In Samsung r210 phone eeprom stay in soft glue creame, you can extract glue with hot solider.

The best thing for you to do is to Buy hot air gun,ask for it at a Hardware shop in your area,much cheaper than SMD rework station just a bit more inconvenient ,it is alot heavier but it does the job or leave Bga components alone,you'll do more harm than good.

you can use a Weller Pyropen , it give you a good "hot air" and not expensive.
