How to dissassemble the BT module in nokia 6600 ...


Hello all ,

need to know how to dissassemble nokia 6600 BT module safely , without damaging the cpu and the glued uem ..., pls help

Preheater and hot air is the safe way to go. Done it several times, but without preheater, just a matter of finding the sweetspot on the hot air station. I use a Bill200, setting Air=3 and Heater=4.5.

Preheater should be preffered in this case

But works for me like this. Maybe some other have other experience?

What do u mean by Preheater ...? pls explain...? do u have a special nozzle ...?

Used to "Preheat" up the board for easier removal of components !
