Member: 8051 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | yes sure ,,,,i thin it will be ok for all BGA except COBBA ic i thik u know why.....u need to use reballing kit.... here is steps...<br />u need liquid flux,,,hot air with suitable temp and low air flow....twezars....spray cleaning,,,sheald..... <br />here is how to do it,,, put liquid flux (u can use serang,,,or that used by doctor for injection)<br />hot ur BGA ic for 20 sec while u hold it with twezars and dont move it till u got it easy for removal..... then <br />after remove it just clean pcb and use sheald and regulat hot ion to get balls celand and steady on board,,,then put flux again ....then hot ur pcb to got balls clear...<br />ten got ur NEW bga part and put it with right direction and check its right place with <br />1_ and _1 signs on board and then alow hot air with much flux and then u will get a new bga part..... <br />good luck! |
