Is there any way switching phone to FLASH mode (similar way like JAF does SX4 CRT method) and read full PM from dead phone?

I can access flash mode to flash phone but it cant be switched to LOCAL/TEST mode untill full-flash is done. When full-flash is done user data areas are removed and phone is in factory stage. I want to read full pm to extract some important user data from the phone before full flash it. I believe there could be the way if phone can be switched to flash mode to write FULL PM using JAF SX4 CRT function, there should be a possibility to switch phone to flash mode and read FULL PM...

venuno simply gives you the right ans, there is no way to read pm data to the dead phone, to read pm data phone need to becomes on Test Mode and did you consider dead phone can come on Local/Test Mode ?
