Just use a hot air ****er and gently lift with a good pointed tweezer after ****ing heat with air for few seconds. Also maintain distance of 1 inch from the ic, as excess heat may damage the ic. Also maintain the air level as with excess air, the ic may shake and also the close by parts may move. Also ensure to see the position of the ic before you remove it. After removing the ic, apply soldering flux on it and remove line after line then with the help of reballing kit, reball it and place it well on the pcb and with the ****er increase the air step by step to avoid shaking.
