U don`t have to change anything, all u have to do is to remove a coil from board.
I`m at home right now and i don`t have any schematic here but i search on internet and tell you for sure a litlle later wich one

ITS RIGHT JUST REMOVE THE COIL AND IT SHOULD WORK 100% IF YOU HAVED Flash its mcu+ppm+eep repair imei and still not working. gud luck
