How to resolder and solder an keypad IC?


Can somebody let me know how to solder a keypad IC.

I have removed the IC, now i want to solder it on another phone.

How can i do this, must i use flux?

Hello brother just take 2 3 drops paste on ic now uu clean both ic points (on board n ic tips) now u clean with ipa or white petrol after u put 2 3 drops paste on board where u want to replace the ic now kept ic there take b l o w e r n replace it dat all.
