Member: 386868 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 125 | you can just check the shorting between the positive supply and the ground pin of the ics by placing the prods of the multimeter on its vss and the vdd pins.........nothing more than it can be examined by a multimeter. wbr: sanjubhai. |

Member: 386868 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 125 | for testing an ic on the pcb we must have a complete working pcb, then only we can place the faulty ic on the perfect working pcb, and now notice the symptoms created by placing the ic to be tested, if it works fine then its perfect otherwise its faulty one........ wbr: sanjubhai. |

Member: 515100 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 73 | u can check the components voltage near the pcb after giving 3.7 volts to the pcb n thn compare it with a working pcb in this way u can get an idea abt the condition of the ic. hard but worth doing. jai hind. |
