Member: 16036 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | hi man,quick n best way 1st thing VERY important PATIENCE 2->Little skill needed remove bga head with scapel,wait for pcb to cool down, then remove EXCESS solder, n then Remove left over epoxy it will KINDA FLAKE off,TAKES time, becarefull,otherwise U RIPP pads take u time keep well bye |
