how to use jaf with usb cable


i have 3120c-1c rm-364 with restart problem. so i want to format the c drive . i m trying with usb connection. so do we need additional software like pc suite and additional driver to connect it.

Vishal no need software.Just conect juf box,than select bb5 mode than select

usb mode ,than test mode select,than tic on file formet & now service now

come on formet page than formet phone.

when i m trying to change it to test mome it showing init usb connection done .. but when doing factory setting or flashing it showinf init usb ...... phone not found



so what to do next
