hwk software update problem - GSM-Forum

ive got a tornado ufs box and its says hwk on the box, so i downloaded the ufs hwk suite, and the support suite to upgrade it but wen i open the support suite it tells me "bad enviroment 1 - bad library clean system from obsollete usb drivers". den wen i click ok it tells me Hwk Wizard, so i click next and it says access violation at adress 0049BAF0 in module "update client.exe. read of adress 000000000.
how do i kw if my box got a hwk chip or not? wat does it look lyk?

bro just install drivers for ur box

i did do dat bro, but its still doin the same thing. i tink mayb my box doesn't hwk chip. wat does a hwk chip look lyk?
