I am really stuck with a Nokia 3410 problem - GSM-Forum

I have a nokia 3410 that says contact service.

I have being downloading all kinds of softare to try to fix it.

I have only just being able to get some software to reconise the phone and it was called NK Profile and i could change the contrast and stuff on it.

I have used other software and it says phone not connected.

Can someone please tell me how i can fix this problem and where i can get the software to do this.

Hi ukmobiles

try connect to the phone with eeprom tools 3.1 then click on test to see why the phone is in contact service if its a software problem full flash the phone with rolis or knok but select 3330 on the program then change imei and update faid with nokia tool by rolis

Cheers m8 i tryed both of them and the cant connect to the phone the only thing i can find that will is NK Profile

What can i do?
