HI all guys,
I have NOKIA 3310, that's mic was not working. Therefore i rehot the cobba, but when i rehot the cobba the signals are disappear. secondly, i rehot again the cobba and the flash and also ram during in this working the hot is reached into the mad and some balls are out of the circles under the PCB board. Then i pressed power on but the power does not on. In this situation what do i do? But plz tell me the easy solution for this.

ohhh.... not really much solution here can help u.. diffenately have to replace CPU,,.. i have done them, but the PCB of the 33xx are sensitive, bcos of the glue underfill will grap the cicuirt lines as well, some are ok to replaced...

in your case, fingers crose and good luck

ohh be the way, if mic don't work, check the caps just above right hand top conner of cobba ( if not cobba fault), check the service manual to see which cap for mic.. sorry i don't remember the part number..
