i hav problem with nokia 3310 and 2100, both phones has nonetwork, 3310 some how working when near a tower but with only 2 points on network, will u please help me

I have a Nokia 3220 phone and the screen is blank the screen is not damaged I 've tested with another phone, I suspect the board connector, can someone help with solution.
