With this Image, can he Repair my nokia n900?

Hello guys.

I bought a Nokia n900 from someone before 4 months. And after a month it started not recognizing my SIM Card. In the beginning it happened rarely and it could be fixed with only a Restart. And after a while it started to happen very often and sometimes a restart could not fix it.

I searched on the internet how to fix this problem. I flashed my nokia many times. I put some paper under the pins, and between the battery and the sim slot. Tried some other things but none of them helped me.

Last week I went to a Mobile Service. The man there, changed the IMEI but it still isn't working. He opened my phone to look if he could do something in the Board but then he said that there are Two (i don't know what), One of them should not receive Signal (or send, i am not sure) and another has to receive signal (or send signal, i am not sure). But those two things both of them give signal.
He said that he looked on the internet for material but he couldn't find anything.

Than I started searching on the internet and found this Photo, as SOLUTION FOR SIM CARD (this was the title).

And i wanted to ask you, if I send this image to that guy, could it help him to repair my nokia n900??
