Jumpers alternative does exist ...but it's better to change it for it doens't cost that much!!!!!!!!!!!

its boot ic....or what u cal start up ic...........if bad....mainly result in phone start up failed....or some times white screen hang with or without nokia on screen

the solution u made it pretty much partial since the so-called : Ic boot lol..whereas it's a current measure device , more precisely is :LM3819_VER4 is used to control the whole current circulating on PCB ...which make it subject to damage after awhile..so the perfect SOLUTION is ACTUALLY changing it ...which is obvious for anywhom....by the way 6600 current measure device is compatible u may use it just in case !!!!!!!!!!!
