Look at this 7610 factory fault (never see this before))


Phone 2 days working before
All balls stay on PCB. IC looks like new one but without balls.

Can anybody, who have service manual, advice how this IC must be placed on PCB (which side IC's key must be set)

Ell it looks like a Helga IC , U may compare it ( from the board connections ) , with the other helga on schematics . Pin 1A will be at corner marked with the copper mark.

But here little bit different between usual Helga IC and this Helga. So, I don't have other 7610 for compare now. That's reason why I'm ask here.

@ Chuk,
look at right side lower corner of matel frame.like it's
damadge and all frame like with flux or burnt. this is can't
factory fault. may be it was before you someone F*** it.

ic without ball. is look like some heat **** on it.

I'm not shure - PCB is clean. All metal covers have this strange colour

Yes I know , the ordinnary Helga has 14 x 14 pins and this has 11 x11 pins , but if u check it deeply by compairing this circuit with the old helga's circuit , U must finde semilarity . Designers usually makes a little changes but still the main line of design semilar.

Today I opend a 7610 , I found the IC directed as in the attatched picture .

( The dot on the chip towards the dot on the PCB ).
