i have nokia c5-06 charging problem when power off and conect charger then show only battery bar still 1 point but if set is on then conect charger nothing hapend

Brother first make the latest software and write PM with SX4 PM Authorization...

i flashed it with RM-816_23.6.015 buT not Solved same condition
