yes bro i solved this kind of pcb, nokia 2700 wiout keypad ic.
and one pcb also i have this time.
you take petrol in big bowl and drop pcb for 5 or 6 hour inti it.
and then i clean it and dry .
do a good heat on combo ic with past.
reboll combo and flash ic if you can???
THIS IS FINAL SOLUTION OF SUCH THIS PCB.

Parvez ! Why i heat cpu for this type of key problem? 2,5,8,0 not working and pcb has no kp ic . Your suggestion seems wrong

Try to trace the lines and then post after self test! Do not use your desiring ideas!
