lumia 920 show battery with questionmark


hi
i got lumia 920 , when i try to turn it on , it show nokia logo , and after this battery with questionmark on it.
it will not turn on.
on charger it will show cable pluged in but will no charge
any ideas ?

Check this Resistors. They must be present and must be good.



R4202 must have connection to battery BSI pin. Type result.
